Web hosting is necessary as the functionality provided by our software is constantly evolving. It ensures that our upgrade processes are simplified and ensure all customers are always using the most recent version of our software. All customers gain access to improvements that may have only been developed with one customer in mind. There is no need to configure or install any modules. There is no need to configure or install any software at all. This is a pure software as a service model.

 

Integrated domain name registration, web hosting and billing ensure that customers have a seemless experience when interfacing with you or our system.

 

The website builder wizard is a completely optional service. Professional web design companies can choose to complete the design process themselves, and only handover to the customer once the website is live.

 

Here are the most common reseller relationships.

 

Reseller / Rebranded CMS
Provide the Web Widgets content management system to your customers as your own branded CMS product. Reseller maintains direct billing relationship with their customers. Web Widgets charge a reduced trade price for web hosting to reseller. eg ISPs, web design companies, graphic design companies.

Affiliates / Referrals
Promote the Web Widgets content management system and services to your friends and customers and earn 20% commission on each referral. eg web designers, hobbyiists, happy customers etc

Franchises
Be an overseas franchisee and provide the Web Widgets content management system in a country or state outside New Zealand. A similar accounting arrangement to the White-Labelled / Rebranded reseller option but the CMS is marketed under Web Widgets brand.
